Vitamin A Smoothie (for hair growth)


This delicious smoothie is full of Vitamin A. Chia seeds serving as the protein booster. Vitamin A has anti-oxidant properties that stop the free-radical formation in our body, resulting in restored hair growth.



  • 1 banana
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 beetroot (chopped)
  • 1 cup milk/yogurt
  • ½ large sweet potato
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds, soaked



  • Before you start, soak chia seeds in water for about 20 minutes.
  • Bake the sweet potato in the oven until soft and tender and then leave to cool before making the smoothie.
  • Add all ingredients to your blender and combine.
