- 1 banana
- 1 carrot
- 1 beetroot (chopped)
- 1 cup milk/yogurt
- ½ large sweet potato
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds, soaked
- Before you start, soak chia seeds in water for about 20 minutes.
- Bake the sweet potato in the oven until soft and tender and then leave to cool before making the smoothie.
- Add all ingredients to your blender and combine.
