Baked Spinach chips, a scrumptious salty snack loaded with vitamins and minerals. This healthy snack recipe is quick, easy and a nice alternative to potato chips.
- 1 bunch of spinach
- olive oil, vinegar (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Garlic (optional)
- Tear the spinach leaves into same-size pieces after washing them properly. Thoroughly dry pieces and preheat oven to 300°F.
- Distribute the oil evenly on the leaves. Sprinkle vinegar over the leaves and place the spinach leaves in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast until they are crisp for about 30 minutes. Also, keep an eye on it every 10 minutes, if required. When done sprinkle sea salt.
