Spinach Chips


Baked Spinach chips, a scrumptious salty snack loaded with vitamins and minerals. This healthy snack recipe is quick, easy and a nice alternative to potato chips.



  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • olive oil, vinegar (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic (optional)



  • Tear the spinach leaves into same-size pieces after washing them properly. Thoroughly dry pieces and preheat oven to 300°F.
  • Distribute the oil evenly on the leaves. Sprinkle vinegar over the leaves and place the spinach leaves in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast until they are crisp for about 30 minutes. Also, keep an eye on it every 10 minutes, if required. When done sprinkle sea salt.
