Lemon Orange Smoothie (for weight loss)

 

Anti-oxidants in lemon help the liver to burn fat. Almonds are a rich source of fatty acids like omega 3, omega 6 and omega 9. Flax seeds have a lot of fiber and low in carbs.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup skimmed milk
  • 1 cup lemon yogurt
  • 2 oranges
  • 4-5 almonds
  • 1 handful of ice
  • Honey (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon of flaxseed

 

Procedure

  • Clean the orange, peel them and slice into sections.
  • Combine the other ingredients in a blender and for about a minute blend it.
  • Transfer it to a glass. Add ice cubes, honey, and stir in flaxseed.

 A savory drink is ready.
