Anti-oxidants in lemon help the liver to burn fat. Almonds are a rich source of fatty acids like omega 3, omega 6 and omega 9. Flax seeds have a lot of fiber and low in carbs.
- 1 cup skimmed milk
- 1 cup lemon yogurt
- 2 oranges
- 4-5 almonds
- 1 handful of ice
- Honey (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon of flaxseed
- Clean the orange, peel them and slice into sections.
- Combine the other ingredients in a blender and for about a minute blend it.
- Transfer it to a glass. Add ice cubes, honey, and stir in flaxseed.
A savory drink is ready.
