This iron-rich smoothie works great for hair related issues. It stimulates hair growth and put the follicles back to work.
- 1 banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup almond milk or skimmed milk
- Honey (to taste)
- Some cubes of ice (optional)
- Pinch of cardamom powder
- Simply add banana, spinach, milk, and honey to the blender and combine until the creamy drink is obtained.
- Add ice cubes and honey if required and serve immediately.
