- 2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tomatoes
- ½ teaspoon of lemon juice
- A handful of coriander leaves
- ½ teaspoon ginger juice (optional)
- To a blender add cucumber pieces and tomatoes.
- Now add some buttermilk and mix thoroughly.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Take a soup pot and boil the above mixture for about 10-15 minutes.
- Serve with lemon or ginger juice.
A yummylicious soup which is low in fat and low in calories too!
