Coconut Milk Smoothie-Taste Like Dessert


The ingredients of this smoothie includes yogurt, honey, bananas and blueberries meet an unlikely guest: unsweetened coconut milk. Milk not only helps to make the unbeatable consistency for a smoothie, but it also aids digestion, making this fruity and sweet smoothie a good-for-you treat.


  • 100 fresh mango chunks
  • 50 gms. frozen blueberries 
  • 100 gms. coconut milk (not cream of coconut)
  • 2 ripe bananas cut into chunks
  • ¼ cup honey
  • One cup yoghurt


  • In blender, place all ingredients. Cover and then blend on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes or until it becomes smooth.
  • Pour into 4 glasses.
  • Serve immediately.
