Cinnamon Kadha

The indulgence may be wonderfully satisfying, but that feeling, unfortunately, is short-lived. Cinnamon Kadha assists in glucose and carbohydrate metabolism. It also improves circulation and provides relief from cramps.

This kadha is useful for maintaining energy levels



    • ½ teaspoon of honey
    • 1 cup water
    • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder



  • Boil the cinnamon powder in water.
  • Add the honey at this point.

Drink this hot tea twice a day.
