- 2 medium beets
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Peel beets and toss slices with extra-virgin olive oil.
- On a baking sheet arrange beets in a single layer. And bake up to 10 to 20 minutes. Remove chips as they become light in color.
