‘I’ll have just one, said no one ever". One would definitely agree to it if like me you too are addicted to those super-delicious potato chips. Loaded with a high content of carbohydrates and fats, we often are left in guilt afterward. So in order to calm down your chips craving, we present some alternative to potato chips so that you can enjoy some crunchy snacks without any guilt. Beets are an excellent source of B vitamins, antioxidants, and potassium



  • 2 medium beets
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil



  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  • Peel beets and toss slices with extra-virgin olive oil.
  • On a baking sheet arrange beets in a single layer. And bake up to 10 to 20 minutes. Remove chips as they become light in color.

Simple, savory and a snack with good high-fiber content.
