Banana Apple Almond Smoothie (for weight loss)

 

Banana apple smoothie will assist you to lose weight. Apples are low in fat, calories, and sodium; high in minerals, vitamins and fiber. Bananas, on the other hand, contain resistant fiber and starch, which support weight loss. Moreover, almonds contain unsaturated fats that help to prevent cardiovascular diseases.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 big size apple
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 5-6 almonds
  • 1 spoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • Honey (optional)

 

Procedure

  • Wash the apple, peel and cut into pieces.
  • To the blender, add almonds, chopped apple, and banana. Add cinnamon powder and milk to the mixture and blend it until smooth creamy drink is attained. Add honey if required.
  • Serve immediately.
