Baked Pear Chutney


Pear balances the hormones in the body and is good for energy. It balances the three doshas and also helps in improving the emotional wellbeing of the individual.



  • Six medium peeled pears.
  • Half a cup of cranberries.
  • Two peeled oranges.
  • ¼ teaspoon of ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon of lemon rind
  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • ½ cup of orange juice



  • Mix all the ingredients in a baking dish and ensure thorough mixing.
  • Bake at 2500C for 15 minutes and serve after refrigeration.
