Apple Chips with Cinnamon


These apple cinnamon chips are a delicious, healthy snack that is naturally gluten-free healthy for kids and adults.



  • 2 small crisp apples
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice



  • Cut each apple into thin rounds or maybe the shape you would want to have it. Then sprinkle slices with lemon juice and allow them to rest for a few hours.
  • Preheat oven to 200°F. Place slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle cinnamon evenly on each of the slices.
  • Bake until crispy for about 60 minutes.
