  • Caffeine: Caffeine is found in black coffee and hot black tea. Caffeine helps in clearing airways resulting in easy breathing. Much consumption of caffeine is also harmful so don't use it as a regular remedy.

  • Garlic: If your Asthma is in an early stage, garlic can be an effective remedy to cure it. Boil three cloves in a cup of milk and after 5-10 minutes of boiling, drink it.
