Diet and Lifestyle

  • Eat more fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, sprouts, fruit juice, vegetable juice, dry fruits, ghee, fresh butter, buttermilk, milk, and honey.
  • Consume less black tea, coffee, chocolates, deeply fried fruits, hot spices, meat, fish, white flour products, white sugar products and eggs.
